This is a collection of simple, evidence-informed tools you can use when life gets intense. They're practices I use during ambulance calls as an EMT (both with patients and myself), and during everyday general life stress.
Everyone's different
Your nervous system, your upbringing, your genetics are all unique. So please treat this as experimentation, approached with curiousity more than forcing. Some things might click immediately, others might seem initially strange but become useful over time. Other practices might not work at all for you. That's completely expected.
There's no "right" way to do this. Go at your own pace, skip what doesn't resonate, and return to practices that help.
